Acapulco
About Acapulco:
Acapulco is the blend of Daiquiri and Margarita. Named on the Mexico city, Acapulco, it is made using Rum, Tequila and fruits like pineapple and grapefruit juice.
Ingredients:
- 1 part White Rum
- 1 part Tequila
- ½ part Coconut Liqueur
- 2 parts Pineapple Juice
- 1 parts Grapefruit Juice
- Crushed Ice
Preparation:
- Take ice cubes in the shaker
- Pour all ingredients in it
- Shake well
- Strain it into a Glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with Pineapple wedge
